For professional resumes, executive summaries, bios and cover letters we start with a live interview (usually by phone). Naturally we gather the basic facts. Then we go deeper...uncovering relevant and passed-over nuggets that all go into sculpting your unique profile and supporting your value.

After the interview and any necessary follow up, we’ll craft your resume. It won’t read like a string of assembled canned statements.

This is where our intense interview process combined with our insider expertise and specialized skill in crafting resumes blend to create a top-caliber document. One that gets you noticed, commands attention, resonates with the priorities of employers, inspires a positive response.

Once we’ve finished, you won’t simply receive it as an email attachment and be left there. Your feedback is invited, welcomed and will guide revisions. We’re not done until you’re delighted.

A note on templates...

If you’ve read a few executive resume websites, you’ve likely noticed most claim they “do not use templates.” We certainly can’t speak for them... and maybe we’re barbequing a sacred cow here.

We do use templates...

Why? Just as there’s an expected format for a bank check, there are a handful of expected formats for resumes. Ignoring that reality would be foolish. A nonconforming and haphazard style only distracts the reader away from the content.

Templates address expected formats for specific audiences and purposes. When the format is one they prefer, readers can easily focus on the content that elevates you as an ideal match.
